The Management of Personnel Records for Transparency, Accountability, and Protection of Employee Rights at the Kisii University in Kenya

The article gives an empirical
assessment of how personnel records are managed at the Kisii University
(KSU) to facilitate administration and protection of employee employee’s
rights. The study employed the descriptive survey method and
triangulation of both qualitative and quantitative methods of data
collection. Data were collected through interviews, observations and
