		The concept of
smart defence developed by NATO is a comprehensive tool to create
capabilities which are to be used in common by the member states and
partners. These concepts and thoughts have newly emerged as innovative
solutions for the current issues which NATO is facing in terms of
defence and security. The meaning of the concept refers to the ‘common
security’ in all aspects. The core idea of this paper is that the
current period and circumstances are favorable to the development of
common securitization, which will bring and a series of advantages will
be brought to securitization by gender balance and defence planning
		together.
