This research
paper was addressed an importance of Academic Performance Indicator on
the Professional Development of academic librarians. The definitions,
related terms and concept were discussed in the paper. The author was
highlighted an individual and institutional responsibilities for the
professional development of academic librarians. Also, suggested the
